We came here on both a Thursday and Friday night. On Thursday we came around 5:30pm and the food was a 45-min wait. Unfortunately we were tired and hungry so we opted for something else. On Friday, we really wanted to try it so we waited 30 mins for a table and 45 mins for the food. Per the BF, "it was worth the wait". The hummus was fresh, and the kofta kebob that we got were flavorful and juicy.

Service can be slower than what you anticipate so definitely review the menu beforehand so you know what you want. It looks like it's understaffed with three staff: one cashier, one person bringing the food and the third person placing orders and cleaning the table.

Would we come back if we are in the area? Highly likely.

Unexpected Middle Eastern gem in the middle of Yucca Valley. Had the lemon lentil soup, chicken noodle soup and kabobs. All were good as was the Caribbean sunrise smoothie. Yum!

Who'd a thunk it that there'd be an excellent Middle Eastern restaurant in, of all places, Yucca Valley??? Well, this place is is really good: the food is delicious, fresh, and authentic. The hummus was among the best I've ever had; they put a bit more tahini in it and the taste and texture are great. We shared the kofta kabob plate and the meat was delicious and the rice was on point as well. They have beer and wine along with soft drinks. If you're in the area and like this kind of food give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I talked to our server and he told me they were from Jordan; this place would give an L.A. restaurant of this type a serious run for its money. Seriously. Service was friendly but a bit distracted and the decor is very obviously left over from some sort of American "carriage house" diner or the like, but the music playing is Arabic and the food is the real star here. Recommended.

Visited this place after spending the day at Joshua Tree National Park. It was super crowded when we went and 7 of us had to share a 4 seat booth.

The food also took really long to arrive after we placed the order. The food was amazing though. We ordered falafel wraps, vegetarian platter, fries, side of rice and lemon lentil soup. All the food was well cooked and their sauces were flavorful.

They were short on staff it seems. Only two people were running the show with around 35 customers. The place is nice and has its own parking. The ambience is lovely and lively.

Will surely try again when we are in that area.

The BEST BABBA GANOUSH around. I literally will drive 60 miles for it. Don't care. All their food is good but the Babba really stands out. Go try it!

A hidden place in the joshua Tree Park. Like other places, they have meal plates and wrap foods. It's good to drop by before going hiking around. The portions were good, and it tasted good, too. Recommended, anyways, there are not many places to go.

Family owned restaurant. The food is really good here. The folks make it fresh. The falafels are GINORMOUS!! And VERY delicious. The fattoush salad, gyro shawarma wrap, kofta kababs were out of this world!
Mint tea mmm mmm!
Mint lemonade is a must try!
The lentil soup tastes a bit different because it has lemon I'm sure you can get one made without lemon.
Don't forget the BAKLAVA!!!
Prices are reasonable.
Ramiz our server was very nice.
Music is soothing and soulful.
They make food putting their heart and soul in it. They even sell the spices they cook with.
Reviews don't lie.
We will come again!!
